
In this online class, we use a variety of props to help create more mobility and strength in your back, hips, neck, and shoulders, and always with some good strong core work.

When you think happy hips and flexible shoulders, both areas need to consider a balanced approach to mobility and strength. This class offers a combo of some traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques, some balancing exercises, a blend of active and passive movements and exercises.

In this special foot class, we will take a look at our feet and how the placement of our feet on the ground can have a huge impact on the function of our legs and hips. We will do some rolling, self massage, and foot strength exercises, connecting these to how our hips move. Limited space.

Women can have pelvic floor dysfunction at many different stages of life, and for several different reasons.
Pelvic floor dysfunction can show up as lower back pain, hip pain, incontinence, painful intercourse, just to name a few. Your pelvic floor muscles are your deepest core muscles, and help to support all the organs above. Make sure your pelvic floor is dynamic, can both contract and relax, and respond to support your deep core, hips, and back.
This session will be both live in person and on Zoom.
You will also receive a PDF handout with some helpful info and some of the exercises we will learn in this class.

This is a great way to treat specific injuries through yoga therapy techniques, help manage chronic pain, help you gain a greater understanding of your own individual body dynamics, and how to modify different yoga postures and exercises to avoid injuries.

How strong and stable are your deep core muscles on the front, sides, and back of your body? In this class, we will work hard, using a variety of weights and resistance bands.
A great class for a mid - day movement break, with no extra travel time required.

A much more gentle restorative approach, compared to my usual beat up your core approach. This class will try to tune out all the background "noise" and busyness of the holiday season, and try to tune into your breath and get into deep state of meditation, love, and gratitude.

The psoas is such an important muscle, it helps us move our hips, and stabilize our spine and our core. Both hip pain and lower back pain can be caused by a tight or weak psoas muscle. Join me to explore how it connects to your core, and have fun trying some new movement patterns. Small group class, limited space, this will fill up fast...sign up early.
