-I started seeing Natalie many years ago when I was a squash player at Bankers hall….”yoga for better backs” . I felt like her classes loosened me up. Later when she and I both left Bankers, I started attending her home for private yoga sessions. This is the perfect fit for me, since I am unable to do many yoga poses, and Natalie is very good at figuring out what I can and cannot do, and also what would benefit me the most. This individual attention with the modifications and props are much better for me than any class I might take. Although I am still not flexible, I am convinced that I am more so with her help, than without. When I miss a week or two, I can feel the arthritis stiffening up my body, and when I attend again, I feel Natalie is able to help keep me moving. In addition to the benefit I receive from the normal sessions, Natalie is especially good at solving issues too. With her in depth knowledge combined with excellent intuition, she can quickly assess a problem and come up with solutions. -Gord

-When the first wave of Covid hit, I found my mobility and strength severely compromised through inactivity and having bursitis. I had problems walking, making my way up the stairs, and doing general tasks. After 6 months of working with Natalie twice/week on Zoom, I've seen welcome improvements in all areas. Mobility is improved in both walking and stair climbing, and I like how my strength has improved. Natalie’s classes also address joint issues which have been an ongoing issue for me. Natalie’s instruction is clear and easy to follow, and her knowledge of the body and her experience teaching is vert evident.
