This short sequence, when practiced regularly, will help to ease chronic neck pain and tightness by taking a look at overall posture, myofascial release with balls, gaining better awareness and mobility in your mid back and shoulders, and adding some strength for the muscles that help to hold your head up.
You will need some small therapeutic rolling balls, such as Yoga Tuneup balls, a Critical Alignment spine strip or a rolled up blanket, and some light weights.
