In this 1 hour class, we will explore a combo of strength and mobility in your mid back and shoulders?

Feels oh so good to circle the arms and shoulders, and add some deep twists, strengthening and mobilizing the mid to upper body. Think about it, how much can you move your ribcage?

Just helps you breathe deeper, and move better!

You will need some tools to help you get the most of out of this class.

-Yoga bolster, or large pillow

-Yoga strap or a looped resistance band

-Yoga blocks
