In this 1 hour better back class, we will focus on connecting the mobility and strength of your lower back, hips, and core, with both passive and active stretches and exercises.

You will need a yoga strap, Critical Alignment spine strap or a rolled up blanket, yoga blocks, a bolster or pillow.
