Low back pain can be a result of several factors, including sitting too much, overall posture, acute injury that can often occur from lifting and twisting (think shovelling snow in Calgary), or compensation patterns in your body if your deep core is weak.
In this short sequence, I will show you some techniques to help mobilize and strengthen your low back, and strengthen your deep core, including your glutes, for more overall stability.
