In this 1 hour class, we will focus on hamstrings, hips, and core...with a balance of effort and ease, strength and mobility.
This class would be particularly great for students who feel like their hamstrings are always tight no matter how often they stretch them, or if you have pain/discomfort/arthritis in your hips or low back.
You will need a yoga bolster or large pillow, yoga blocks, and a strap.
