In this 1 hour class, we will start with some basic child's pose, downward dog, forward bend, then do some fascial work with both softer and harder therapeutic balls, and see how the rolling can have an impact on our movement patterns. We will also do some more dynamic work for hips, shoulders, and core. Roll, move, strengthen, and improve your circulation and energy.
You will need some therapeutic rolling balls, yoga blocks, and a bolster or larger pillow.
