In this 1 hour Earth Day class, we will start with some grounding and foot rolling, work into a little foam rolling, explore the foot to hip connection with hip mobility and foot awareness, rooting like trees, add a little core work and stability. You will feel grounded, present, and grateful.
Props: small therapeutic ball for rolling feet, foam roller, or a yoga bolster/large pillow to lay over, yoga blocks, yoga strap.
